Adding extra passport pages

To add extra pages to current U.S. passports you must:

  • Complete form DS-4085 -fillable or DS-4085 -non-fillable (Application for Additional Visa Pages);
  • Submit the passport to the Consulate allowing  approximately one  week for processing
  • There is no fee for this service
  • You may drop off this application at the guard building. Please click here for these instructions. To submit this application in person click here to book your appointment, then select "Passport Services other then adding pages". 
  • If you have an pending travel date please note this on your application.
