Emergency Passports

The Consulate can issue emergency passports under certain circumstances; however, it is advisable to organize your documents prior to travel. Please ensure that you have left sufficient time for routine processing since the Consulate must send the passports overseas, which may take up to two weeks to return to Bermuda.  For additional information please contact the American Citizen Services section of the Consulate. 

Important: Each American traveling abroad should have valid proof of his or her citizenship at all times.
