Hours Of Operation
The American Citizen Services section (ACS) provides information and assistance to U.S. citizens in Bermuda. The ACS office is here to help with U.S. passports, notarials, federal benefits, and a few other specialized consular services. Please click here to view our ACS Services Provided.

Important! The American Consulate has moved to an on-line appointment based system for most ACS services. Hours in which appointments may be for booked are: 

Monday      8:30 - 10:30 am
Wednesday and Thursday 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

In case of a life or death emergency involving a United States citizen, call the duty officer at (441) 335-3828. The duty officer is available outside normal business hours and on weekends and holidays.

There is no public parking allowed at the Consulate, this includes motorbikes. Our visitors are allowed to park at the parking lot located at #8 Clifton. The ACS section is closed on all Bermuda and U.S. holidays
