Filing a Claim

In order to apply for Social Security benefits, address your request in writing to:

       Attn: American Citizen Services
       American Consulate General
       P.O. Box HM 325
       Hamilton HM-BX

You must include your full name, date and place of birth, and Social Security number.

If you are applying for benefits based on your marriage to a qualified worker, you must also include that person's name, date of birth and Social Security number.
